Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency
• Manage the overall pipeline of projects, and assign resource competency
• Support project teams in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards
• Monitor and report on project portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive leadership
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to project managers and teams to strengthen internal capabilities
• Select and manage project management tools/software, ensuring effective utilization
• Review lessons learned and implement process enhancements to drive organizational learning
• Facilitate communication between project teams, sponsors, and leadership to maintain project transparency
• Drives Test Technology Quality System, e.g. test change management governance and TTI document management systematic

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Dynamic and detail-oriented with 5 years of experience in driving project governance, portfolio oversight, and strategic alignment acrossdiverse industries
• Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, with advanced proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and BO
• Recognized for strong analytical abilities, clear communication, and commitment to ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
