Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Review and improvement of existing processes, implementation of new processes.
- Data analysis and simulation via Excel.
- Annal Salary Increase Process.
- Negotiations of collective agreement.
- Preparation of presentations for management.
- Supervision of more junior employees.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Thinking for yourself and independently, thinking in processes and end-to-end.
- Excellent English skills, speak your mind, very good communication skills.
- A relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification .
- More than 3 years relevant working experience
