Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Collaboration and Consulting: Work closely with the local Rewards &Benefits Country Responsible, HR team, and functional RB team to provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.
- Compensation Administration: Support the administration of day-to-day compensation tasks, including annual salary reviews, variable pay programs (ASB), and job mapping to benchmark surveys.
- Benefits Management: Assist in managing employee benefits, including reviewing benefits offerings, ensuring compliance and competitiveness, and participating in global projects related to benefits design and implementation.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze market data and provide insights to support compensation and benefits decisions, including cost analysis, range analysis, and benchmarking.
- Communication and Support: Provide support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters, including policy interpretation and implementation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes, including streamlining workflows and enhancing employee experience.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global benefits regulations.
- Research and Development: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Project Support: Participate in projects related to compensation and benefits design, implementation, and review.
- Vendor Management: Assist in managing vendors and programs to ensure cost savings, operational efficiencies, and improved service delivery.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institute
- Additional certifications in Compensation & Benefits
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, laws, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in HR systems, such as SAP, Success Factors, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel or Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills also in English, both in written as well as in verbal
