Strategy Senior Analyst
Job Description
In your new role you will:
1. Regional strategy bluebook
- Define Automotive GC 5 year strategy, including growth targets, business models, customer and ecosystem strategy
- Lead cross-departmental alignment to ensure strategy implementation
2. Strategic projects
- Lead strategic projects with sales and marketing team, deliverstrategic results to enhance leading position, drive business upside andcustomer engagement
- Monitor and drive yearly key initiative implementation
3. Market insights and analysis
- Analyze overall market trend, competition development, macro economy,policy, etc. as strategic action base
- Indentify and drive specific new business field with high potentailgrowth trend
4. Strategy workshop
- Based on business and market trend, work with consulting and internalteam to drive strategic enablement module
- Organization of various team for for yearly strategy initiativedeployment
- Conclusion, action and execution of strategic targets, monitor target KPI achievement
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Automotive fields, Master’s preferred
- 1-3 years in automotive strategy, consulting or business development
- Excellent teamwork, strategic thinking and methodology, fluent English, strong communication skill, strong business sense and logic
