Szenior Termékmérnök - Senior Product Engineer (f/m/div)

Szenior termékmérnökként folyamatosan elemzed a kihozatali adatokat, az adatok alapján visszajelzést adsz az érintett társosztályoknak, selejtcsökkentő tevékenységeket határozol meg a vállalati célok elérése érdekében.

Feladatok:

• Elsőszámú interface a Frontend-Backend gyártás között;
• Selejtcsökkentési Roadmap-ek kidolgozása és azok kezelése, biztosítva a folyamatos kihozatal fejlesztést;
• Gyártási selejtráta nyomonkövető rendszer folyamatos fejlesztése, automatikus kihozatal dashboardok és jelentések készítése, karbantartása;
• Termékek elektromos hibaelemzésének elvégzése;
• Részvétel komplex termékproblémák megoldásában;
• Zárolt tételek kezeléséhez tartozó eltérésmenedzsment rendszerüzemeltetése.

Elvárások:

Erős kommunikációs készséggel rendelkező csapatjátékos vagy, aki képes összehangolni a munkáját a csapat többi tagjával és meglátásaid rendszeresen meg is osztod velük. Rendelkezel analitukus gondolkodásmóddal, amely lehetővé teszi számodra a felmerülő problémák hatékony megoldását. Proaktív hozzáállásodnak és a minőségre való törekvésednek köszönhetően képes vagy a meglévő rendszerek folyamatos fejlesztésére, miközben döntő szerepet játszol az egész csapat kiválósági céljainak elérésében.

• Villamos-, Mechatronikai mérnöki, Mérnök fizikus vagy Fizikus BSc diploma, MSc diploma előny;
• Több, mint 3 év gyártási környezetben szezett tapasztalat (Elektronikai gyártási tapasztalat preferált);
• Alapvető félvezető fizikai imeretek;
• Minőségirányítási eszközök ismerete (SPC, APC, FMEA, RiskAssessments);
• Szisztematikus problémamegoldó készség (8D, 5WHY, Ishikwa);
• Legalább kommunikációs szintű angol nyevtudás (szóban és írásban is), német nyelvtudás előny;
• Jó kommunikációs és prezentációs készségek;
• Önálló munkavégzés képessége, magasfokú precizitás és pontosság;
• MS office felhasználó szintű ismerete.
