Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Team Assistant you will support R&D teams and managers with organizational and office management related tasks, ensuring that day to day activities run efficiently.

• Act as point of contact between our team (sharing updates and announcements) and collaborate with colleagues from finance, purchase and admin departments
• Perform various administrative activities e.g. procurement, custom clearance, storage, inventory, scrapping
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers, Order office supplies, Process invoices
• Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have a flexible and dynamic approach, as well as a proven ability to collaborate efficiently with several people. Therefore, you are good in setting priorities and managing your tasks in a logical and responsible way.

• A university degree in any relevant field for the role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude, proactive and resourceful
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Webex, Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, Google tools)
• Fluent in English written and verbal
