As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department, providing exceptional support to our team members, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Job Description
The Team Assistant will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain and Production Management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. In your new role you will:

• Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain and Production Management team, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory levels, production schedules, and supply chain data
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information
• Create engaging presentations, reports, and other visual aids to support business decisions and communicate complex information to stakeholders
• Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, anticipating needs and taking initiative to resolve problems before they arise
• Collaborate with other departments, such as facility management and procurement, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Your Profile
You are a solution-oriented, pro-active and motivated individual with interest in supply chain and production related topics. You are able to communicate confidently in English and have experience in creating and delivering accurate presentations.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a supply chain or production management environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is an asset
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or logistics, is an asset
• Advanced level of English language skills, both spoken and written
