Technician Reliability

Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities.
• Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue.

• Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment.

• Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification.

• Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities.

• Know-how in reliability stress testing eg. Environmental, Electrical/ Functional, and acoustics stress testing.

• Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A Diploma in Electronics or equivalent vocational certification.

• Minimum 1 – 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred).

• Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC testing.

• Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.
