Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will drive innovation and efficiency across the company’s digital marketing initiatives with a focus on website management and data optimization. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and meeting operational goals.

• Website Operations: Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain web pages using Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management System (CMS), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Website Personalization: Enhance customer experience through personalization and A/B testing to increase engagement and conversion
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Develop and execute a strategy to boost website and AI visibility, authority, and traffic through keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze website KPIs, including traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, to inform data-driven decisions and optimize user experience

Your Profile

You are a digital enthusiast who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments. By leveraging your expertise and customer-oriented approach, you are eager to bring impactful changes to our digital operations.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar studies with a specialization in Digital Marketing
• At least 3 years of professional experience with digital marketing, with a focus on website management, SEO/GEO, and content
• A deep understanding of the B2B electronics industry is a plus, along with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable operational improvements
• Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to identify improvements for website strategies and customer engagement
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive change, manage complexity, and effectively align operations with business
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with key stakeholders across diverse teams; fluency in German nice to have
