Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Join our Website and Digital Analytics team in Porto and gain hands-on experience in a leading international technology company. As a Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals at the Power and Sensor Systems (PSS), developing skills in website content management, digital asset organization, and more.

• Website Content Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and publishing of website content using our Content Management System (CMS), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and formatting
• Digital Asset Management: Help maintain the organization and accuracy of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including uploading, tagging, and organizing digital assets, such as images, videos, and documents
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in data entry, research, and analysis to support digital operations, including tracking website performance and digital customer behavior, and helping to identify areas for improvement
• Collaboration with international teams: Regularly exchange information with colleagues across different countries and functions, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Get the chance to learn and support SEO and GEO efforts by assisting with keyword research, meta tag management, and on-page optimization to improve website and AI visibility and drive organic traffic

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: You have a degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Media and Management, Information Technology, or similar Internet / Web-related fields
• Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams
• Way of working: Proactive mindset, able to take ownership of tasks and propose new ideas; Willingness to learn new tools and share insights with colleagues
• Language skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• What Would be a Plus: Experience with CMS or Adobe Experience Manager, SEO related tools (AHref, Semrush, Ryte, etc.); Knowing SEO principles and web development basics. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or similar)
