Job Description

• Focus on the future: You will be responsible for efficiently gathering and accurately labeling sensor data to support the development of advanced algorithms
• Take responsibility: You will bring your knowledge for building signal processing pipelines
• Expand your horizons: You will play a crucial role in implementing AI algorithms that leverage RADAR data to derive valuable insights and enable innovative applications
• Participate in shaping research: You will be involved in developing pipelines that utilize generative AI techniques to create synthetic RADAR data

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor‘s or Master‘s program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• Skills: You demonstrate proficient Python programming skills, capable of efficiently developing and maintaining software solutions
• Experience: You have already gained first experiences with artificial intelligence pipelines and deep learning libraries e. g. TensorFlow and/or Pytorch
• Knowledges: You possess a good knowledge of machine learning and deep learning for perception tasks, basic understanding of Radar technologies, signal processing algorithms and familiarity with main concepts of statistics, linear algebra and geometry
• Way of working: You ensure efficient management of tasks and projects through your self-organized and structured work style
• Language skills: You have good communication skills in English, written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
