Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Working Student: System Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests for embedded systems.

• Requirements Review: Carefully examining the specifications and requirements of the embedded systems to understand what needs to be tested and validated
• Planning: Creating detailed plans and lists of tests that need to be conducted to validate the embedded systems
• FW Test Projects: Developing test projects using the C programming language to test the firmware of embedded systems
• Automation: Writing scripts in Python to automate the testing process
• CI/CD Integration: Integrating the automated tests with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Git
• Analysis and Debugging: Analyzing the results of automated tests to identify any issues or bugs and debugging the code to fix these problems
• Mentorship and Feedback: Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor who will review your skills and development, providing regular feedback and helping you set goals for growth and improvement

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in computer science, computer engineering, radio technics, or equivalent fields
• Technical Background: Experience with Microcontrollers (MCUs) and embedded software
• Programming Skills: Knowledge in programming languages, particularly C Programming for embedded systems
• Availability: We are open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates and are willing to discuss a schedule that fits your commitments
• Language Skills: At least Intermediate knowledge of English

It would be a plus:

• Preferred Skills: Experience with test automation, validation bug tracking tools like JIRA and Version Control System (GIT)
