Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Business Analytics: Conduct data analysis and lead small projects to drive commercial excellence, while also supporting the rollout of strategic sales initiatives and guidelines
• Commercial Strategies: Support development and execution of commercial strategies; provide insightful data analyses that empower sales and marketing teams
• Channel Management: Manage communication channels (ishare, Intranet, Confluence) and create new formats, for B2B sales channels
• Presentation Support: Deliver compelling management presentations with data accuracy and visual storytelling

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Enrolled in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or similar
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI )is a plus
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate to various stakeholders
• Previous Experiences: Background experience with Data Analytics, Presentation, Project Management, and Business Development is desirable. Previous internship experience in a corporate environment is a plus
• Way of working: Affinity to work creatively, both independently and collaboratively in team environments, while striving to deliver great results
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
