Job Description

• Data is everything: You analyze and visualize data to facilitate decision taking
• Take responsibility: You are responsible for content management of R&D Processes and Tools information
• Reliable work: You create content for IFX employees using AI tools and methodologies
• Shape the future: You improve and simplify usage of collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint)
• Keep up to date: You collaborate with stakeholders to keep all information up-to-date
• Organizational talent: You standardize access to information by user groups

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Skills: You have programming skills in Python and VBA
• Experience: You ideally worked with tools like SharePoint, Tableau and Confluence. If not, you are willing to get familiar with them
• Personality: You have good communication and analytical skills
• Way of working: You are a passionate and motivated team player who is able to work independently
• Language skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
