Job Description

• Keep up to date: Assist in developing and enhancing data pipeline, focusing on data preparation, processing, and automation
• Shape the future: Work with functional teams at EWM to implement solutions that streamline data processes while gaining hands-on experience in data engineering and analytic
• Reliable work: Integration of various tools to maintain the pipeline for backend and frontend
• Take responsibility: Support the development of excellence projects that focus on productivity gains, data governance, and accelerating digital transformation

Your Profile

• Study field: Software engineering, Data science, Informatik, Business management or equivalent
• Availability: You have (minimum) 1 year left until graduation
• Experience: You ideally gained a first experience in the field of software development using high level languages, data-science and-analytics frameworks, reporting, and know about DBs, SQL queries, Tableau®. Pre-Knowledge in project management would be a plus
• Way of working: You are eager to learn how to deal with new tools and applications such as Excel, Confluence and KNIME
• Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken to communicate in English openly and effectively with teams and stakeholders on all level of the organization. German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
