Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our Financial Controlling team and gain hands-on experience supporting financial analyses and business decision processes. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare data, evaluate product performance, and contribute to key financial insights for management.
- Data is everything: Calculate product business cases, run scenario simulations, and perform product sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions
- Keep the overview: Organize market and cost data from various departments to ensure accurate financial evaluations
- Convince with words: Contribute to management presentations by preparing reports and visual materials that summarize key financial findings
- Reliable work: Support the preparation of decision papers and ensure that financial data is clearly documented and aligned with internal standards
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are an analytical and motivated student who enjoys working with numbers, exploring data, and supporting financial decision-making in a dynamic, international environment.
- Study Field: Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a similar field
- Experience: First relevant practical experience gained through internships in finance or controlling
- Skills: Excellent command of MS Office, ideally with experience in MS Excel macro programming; basic knowledge of business analytics and simulations is a plus
- Way of Working: Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Personality: Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
