Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

You will be responsible for developing IC designs for leading mixed-signal integrated circuits for memory applications. You will have the opportunity to learn on the job with full support, while gaining responsibility for planning and estimating effort for your own work packages.

• Analog Mixed-Signal Design: Design analog/mixed-signal building blocks, and develop memory-supporting analog and custom blocks such as charge pumps, regulators, sense-amplifiers, band-gap references, and temperature detectors
• Memory Circuit Development: Develop memory arrays and related circuitry, including X-decoders and Y-decoders
• System Integration: Perform application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) top-level integration from specification, and carry out top-level ASIC verification
• Analog Circuit Verification: Build testbenches for analog circuits and run simulations for verification
• Cross-Functional Support: Support other functions, e.g., circuit layout, concept engineering, post-silicon verification, and product qualification

• Education: You are currently enrolled in the last year of a Bachelor’s degree or in your Master\’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a similar field
• Semiconductor & Circuit Design Knowledge: Technical background in design, simulation, and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits; understanding of Bi/CMOS/power semiconductor devices
• Integrated Circuit Design Knowledge: Understanding of integrated circuit functionality and design techniques
• Verification Skills: Knowledge about the measurement and verification of electronic circuits
• Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of programming
• Languages: Fluent in English

• A Plus: Knowledge of memory operation is an advantage
