Job Description
- Conduct data analysis: You assist Procurement OSAT (outsourced assembly and test) managers in analyzing and reporting commercial data to derive conclusions and improve future sourcing, awarding and negotiation decisions
- Experience project management: You will support projects for dedicated tenders and digitalization efforts in collaboration with our procurement team. Most notably the digitalization effort for our current RFQ (request for quotation) process with the existing core team
- Work in consultant mode: You will support structural cost improvement program with consolidation of pilot project insights, applying new state of the art procurement methods and preparing key supplier interface meetings
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying in a Bachelor or Master’s program in either Management & Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Electrical Engineering or another relevant field in operations
- Specialization: You have specialised knowledge in the field of procurement or, ideally, experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Skills:
- You have excellent MS Office skills – especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- You have relevant experience and skills to conduct detailed and dedicated market research, paired with the ability to aggregate and present results
- You can drive and complete analytical tasks with large amounts of data to derive key insights. Experience with digital visualization platforms, data analytics or automation programs are a plus
- Experience: You have already gained some relevant work experience from previous internships, preferably with elements of project management, market analytics, reporting or data analytics. Work experience in procurement or in a related field of the semiconductor industry are a plus
- Personality: You are a team player and you are enthusiastic and curious. You show entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills in a diverse and international environment
- Way of working: You showcase an independent, agile and goal-oriented work style with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Availability: You are interested in a long-term cooperation of at least 6 months and you are available to work at least 16-20 hours per week
- Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
