Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Management communication: Preparation and creation of management presentations, communication materials, newsletters and internal communication formats
  • Digital communication and content management: Maintain communication channels such as Teams, Confluence and SharePoint, and support migration and standardization of content and processes in SharePoint environments
  • Reporting, analytics and planning support: Support regular reporting and KPI tracking activities, including market, competitor and marketing analyses, and support strategy, target-setting and planning cycles through data preparation and analyses
  • Automation and productivity improvements: Automate recurring processes using Power Automate or Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Copilot, and identify and implement productivity improvements through AI and automation solutions
  • Organizational support: Support organization and execution of large management events, such as AHM, Marketplace and Leadership events, support board management, action item tracking and governance-related activities


Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Study Field: Advanced Bachelor or Master student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics, Digital Business or a similar field
  • Work experience: Previous working student experience is preferred, ideally with exposure to stakeholder communication, corporate environments, reporting or project support
  • Skills: Very good PowerPoint skills, good Excel skills, good Outlook and Teams skills, as well as mandatory experience with Copilot or AI tools; SharePoint, Power Automate and Confluence knowledge is preferred
  • Way of working: Strong organizational skills, a structured and reliable working style, high attention to detail and the ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Personality: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, an independent and proactive mindset, and a clear affinity for digitalization, AI and process improvement
  • Availability: A minimum availability of two days per week are necessary, preferably in the first half of the week, long-term availability preferred
  • Language skills: Fluent English is required; German language skills are beneficial

Important information:

  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
  • You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
