Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Thorough planning: You enhance data-driven decision-making by meticulously analyzing and mapping existing business processes, identifying discrepancies, and uncovering untapped opportunities.
- Take responsibility: You develop streamlined processes that empower product marketers to manage their data needs effectively, ensuring timely access to critical information in the appropriate format.
- Data is everything: You establish comprehensive data management guidelines and harmonize disparate data from multiple sources to create a cohesive and accurate data pool.
- Keep the overview: You design versatile reporting templates for both ad-hoc and recurring analyses, catering to various stakeholders and product line management requirements.
- Experience research: You conduct thorough market and competitive landscape analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact the business.
- Teamwork is dreamwork: You support your colleagues in defining the product roadmap, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems or similar
- Technical skills: You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python and are able to create and optimize templates for data collection and analysis. Furthermore, you have a strong understanding of data management principles and database systems.
- Experience: You ideally have experience in a technical role in process improvement, data management or template creation; experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Personality: You are able to work independently with minimal guidance, demonstrate strong initiative and have exceptional communication and time management skills
- Language skills: You have proficient English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
