Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Market Analysis:
  • Assess and synthesize market data of power electronic applications like electric trucks, battery energy storage system, solid-state transformers, renewables etc.
  • Analyze Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) to identify growth opportunities
• Go-to-Market (G2M) Support: Assist in G2M strategy planning and execution by coordinating key action items incl. tracking sample requests and fulfilment
• New Product Introduction (NPI) & Content Management:
  • Support in preparing content for launch of new products incl. product collaterals and presentations
  • Manage and update content at Infineon collaboration platforms to ensure marketing material access to worldwide sales
  • Support new product introductions (NPIs)
• Data-Driven Marketing: Generate marketing insights, drive recommendations and build dashboards to visualize and present data effectively
• Presentation creation: Create compelling presentations for management and stakeholders

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Study field: Enrolled in a Management field or Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics with a business background
• Way of working: Energetic problem solver with learning mindset and skills to “just get things done”. Ability to adapt to an agile, fast-paced environment effectively and reliably
• Analytical skills: Great use of Microsoft office programs (Excel, VBA, Powerpoint) and other tools like Power BI etc.
• Marketing skills: Basic understanding of marketing (marketing mix – 4Ps) and affinity for numbers and deriving insights out of data
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
