Job Description

• Take responsibility: You will assist with administrative and organizational tasks related to site management
• Inform your colleagues: You will support the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communication materials
• Drive internal collaboration: You will help organize internal events, meetings, and maintain communication flows across departments
• Shape the future: You will assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and digitalization within the site environment

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Management or a similar field
• Skills: You are proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with low-code platforms or intranet systems is a plus
• Interests: You are eager to work on internal processes and contribute to improving coordination and communication on site, with curiosity about AI and digital innovation
• Personality: You are proactive, structured, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders
• Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
