We are looking for a talented individual to develop advanced automotive SMART Power technologies, with a particular emphasis on device test structures, test programming and analysis. This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that automotive product and application requirements are met with precision and excellence. Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Design test structures for Smart Power Technology development with focus on LDMOS transistors for device characterization, manufacturability analysis and production monitoring
- Setup electrical tests to characterize the transistor parameters
- Analyze the test results and propose optimizations to reduce deviations
- Understand the complex interaction of the many different devices produced at the same time in smart power technologies (LDMOS for different voltage classes, logic, Flash)
- Create and improve test routines on tester library
- Be the interface to other functions such as process integration, device simulation, reliability and failure analysis and product- development departments
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, device characterization, and development processes
- Experience with electrical parameter test equipment
- Skills in scripting / programming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical R&D environment
- Excellent English language skills, fluency in German is an advantage
