Your Role

• Assembly Design Kit Development, be responsible for developing or improving existing Package Leadframe data base environment
• Align and plan implementation closely with Infineon’s technology development departments to realize the latest technology requirements into the Backend Assembly verification checks
• Assembly Design Rules, manage the alignment of requirements with the technology team and develop the verification rules together as a team
• Be responsible for automated quality assurance checks for Leadframe package drawings
• Create user documentation and conduct training
• Support the global product development teams in the creation of their designs
• Respond effectively to Design System Program manager’s request in a timely and consistent manner

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in the Backend Assembly process and sound experience in using AI
• Proven skills in programming and scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL, VB.net)
• The ability to manage a high degree of complexity thanks to good analytical skills, creativity, perseverance and a good sense of priorities
• Experience with MS-Office, ideally basic knowledge in working on UNIX/Linux platforms
• Fluent English skills, German being a plus
• Good international communication skills
