Overview
As Staff Specialist Business Development, you collaborate with customers to turn Infineon products into cutting-edge designs and build lasting partnerships. You support the go-to-market strategy for the defense segment in EMEA and drive design-wins and revenue growth. You work across functions to inform pricing, deliver market insights, and strengthen aerospace and defense strategies with key customers. This role blends analytics, cross‑functional engagement, and strategic portfolio development to shape Infineon’s defense business.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support the Go-To-Market strategy in EMEA for defense business
- Build a comprehensive market model from market data, independent reports, revenue dashboards, and DWIN funnel to identify growth opportunities
- Provide up-to-date analytics and structure internal reports and Bluebook presentations
- Engage with internal stakeholders across the company, sales and distribution channels
- Contribute to pricing guidelines, maximize value, support negotiations and quoting
- Engage with key customers to strengthen relationships and shape Infineon’s aerospace and defense strategy
- Collaborate with PLs and regional marketing to build defense-related content and a full application management collateral portfolio
- Maximize design-wins and revenue across all EMEA Defense customers in support of sales
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering or Mathematics/Physics or similar
- 3–5 years in product management, business development, customer engagement, or data analysis in tech
- Familiarity with Infineon’s portfolio and ability to develop deep expertise from customer requests
- Proactive, adaptable, and strong team player
- Experience in cross-functional teams and customer engagement, including customer relationship and portfolio management
- Willingness to travel internationally and engage with key customers
- Excellent communication in German and English; French and/or Italian a plus
- Expertise in big data management and developing data management systems
- Extensive AI expertise in handling complex data sets at corporate scale
