Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop and maintain state-of-the-art embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) technologies together with semiconductor foundries.
- Support both technology development and sustaining projects to ensure continuous innovation and operational excellence.
- Drive the development and execution of Infineon’s embedded non-volatile memory technology roadmap.
- Lead and contribute to initiatives focused on improving non-volatile memory performance, reliability, manufacturability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams across R&D, manufacturing, and product development.
- Identify, analyze, and implement technology enhancements to meet future market and customer requirements.
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the development of non-volatile memory technologies and devices.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and memory technology concepts.
- Experience and knowledge in RRAM (Resistive Random Access Memory) technology is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technology development.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
