As a Senior Staff Engineer Memory Macro Design and Architecture Verification (f/m/div) in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.
Are you in?Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Leading the development of embedded memory compilers Interacting with concept engineers and internal customers on the definition of the compilers Collaborating with project managers on project setup and tracking Hands-on work and support on memory design, characterization and verification Leading an expert team executing the design, characterization and verification of the memories Collaborating with view generation and automation teams Contribute to improvement of development processes and tool flow Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in electrical engineering or computer science At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits Preferably full custom digital or memory design experience in technically leading a project team Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus#We Are In for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
