In this role you help design and enforce IAM across Infineon’s corporate tech landscape. You’ll shape secure identity and access controls, aligning them with Zero Trust and risk-aware architectures. You work with enterprise and domain architects to translate IAM needs into concrete requirements and designs. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advise on secure design and operation of identity services and access controls
- Define IAM security controls reflecting threats and Zero Trust models
- Establish consistent IAM standards and patterns across departments
- Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and secure design reviews for critical systems
- Collaborate with enterprise and domain architects to translate IAM controls into requirements
- Influence architectural decisions balancing risk, value, resilience, and feasibility

- Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (authentication, authorization, lifecycle management, privileged access, federation)
- IAM platforms experience (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID)
- Security controls for cloud, on-premises, hybrid environments
- Advanced IAM architecture and system design skills (token-based auth, session management, API security)
- Cybersecurity risk assessments and threat modeling (STRIDE)
- Alignment of IAM with enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 29146)
- Cloud-native and distributed platform IAM capabilities
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication across diverse stakeholders
