In this role you lead a team of Product Definition and Power Application Engineers focusing on DC-DC conversion, shaping the Product Line strategy for AI data centers, and driving design-wins with major hyperscalers. You bridge management and engineering, coordinate cross-regional efforts, and represent the team in industry events. You’ll expand the Asia footprint and establish a global lab support framework, delivering measurable customer impact and strategic partnerships.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and develop a team of Product Definition and Power Application Engineers focusing on DC-DC conversion solutions
- Drive and support the Product Line strategy, enabling growth and securing design wins in the AI data center segment
- Act as the interface between management and team members, ensuring clear objectives and priorities
- Lead and coordinate cross-regional teams, fostering collaboration across locations
- Represent the team and product line in industry conferences, customer engagements, and technical forums
- Execute the PL strategy with emphasis on expanding presence and capability in the Asia region
- Serve as direct technical and strategic interface with key customers, supporting engagements and business development
- Define and drive a global lab support strategy enabling collaboration across regions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field (M.Sc. or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in power electronics with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role
- Strong expertise in DC-DC conversion topologies, power MOSFETs, and system-level power design
- Understanding of AI data center power architectures (e.g., intermediate bus, low-voltage systems)
- Experience in product definition, application engineering, or system architecture within the semiconductor industry
- Hands-on customer-facing experience, ideally with hyperscalers or large data center customers
- Exposure to cross-regional collaboration and global project execution
- Ability to lead cross-regional teams and work across cultures, including Asia markets
- Willingness to travel to the US and Asia quarterly
