Overview
In this role you will help advance ion-trap quantum processor technology within Infineon’s R&D team. You will plan and execute experiments on production tools, standardize manufacturing blocks, and monitor process quality to enable scalable, reproducible fabrication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into reliable processes and impactful, real-world electronics. This position offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge quantum hardware and industrial-scale manufacturing.

Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master's degree in physics, chemistry, process engineering, or comparable technical field
- Experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in line support or process development
- Proficiency with experiment management systems (EXMS)
- Experience in creating semiconductor process flows
- Proficiency with process databases and data-driven process optimization
- Strong English communication skills; German is a plus
