Overview
In this role you drive the development of new low-voltage Power MOSFET technologies, focusing on metallization, passivation integration, and packaging interaction to enable production. You work across process development, metrology, and back-end teams to align designs and derivative products with production realities. You may lead small projects, guiding work packages and team members. The position supports Infineon’s mission to advance green, efficient energy solutions and digitalization.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Enable new LV Power MOSFET technologies ready for production with focus on metallization and passivation integration and chip package interaction
- Define and request single process developments and manage integration in the process flow
- Support and interface to process development, metrology and chip assembly at Back End sites
- Support design changes over product lifetime and for new derivative product definitions
- Opportunity to assume project management for small projects, guiding team members on work package execution
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor process technology and materials, semiconductor physics and MOSFET electrical behavior
- Experience with wafer thinning, packaging and separation is a plus
- Fluent English; advanced German recommended
