Overview
In this role you will shape cutting-edge power electronics solutions for AI, data center, and server applications. You’ll work with GaN, SiC and Si devices, driving end-to-end hardware-software development from concept to release. You’ll collaborate with international teams to push the limits of efficiency and reliability in power systems. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at a global leader driving decarbonization and digitalization. You’ll translate technical insights into tangible innovations and documentation that matter to customers and partners.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop state-of-the-art system solutions for AI Power Supply Units, Datacenter, and Server SMPS
- Prototype and test end-to-end hardware and software solutions from concept to real-world debugging
- Own the development lifecycle from concept to final system release, ensuring industry-standard performance
- Collaborate with international hardware and software teams on cross-functional projects
- Evaluate and integrate latest Infineon power technologies to enhance existing systems or enable new ones
- Create technical insights through IP filings, research papers, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of professional experience in design, development and test of power supplies and inverters
- Experience with simulation (PLECS) for thermal, magnetics, electrical; PCB design (Altium); and C/C++ software design
- Hardware embedded programming with digital controllers
- Experience in technical customer support and intercultural communication
- Self-driven, fast learner with excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar
