Overview
In this role you drive prototype development from concept to market release within an international setting. You will coordinate cross-functional prototype projects, bridging engineering, marketing and production to translate technical work into business value. You’ll support documentation, market insights and process improvements, influencing how our hardware and software solutions mature. This is a chance to contribute to decarbonization and digitalization through hands-on project leadership and collaboration.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support full prototype/product lifecycle from concept to market introduction
- Coordinate prototype development processes and logistics
- Serve as central interface among engineering, marketing, production and external partners
- Manage prototype build projects including planning, production coordination, progress tracking and status documentation
- Collaborate with hardware, software and system experts in an international environment and align cross-domain communication
- Create and maintain prototype-related technical documentation
- Conduct market, customer and sales analyses to identify opportunities and translate technical content into business information
- Participate in development reviews, milestone tracking and continuous process improvements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Technical university degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and development processes
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and PCB design software
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (preferably MS Project)
- Strong analytical thinking and structured working style with ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills; German is a plus
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Valid work permit for Austria or EU citizenship (as per hiring notes)
