Scrum Master
We are looking for a Scrum Master at our Munich, Germany location.
You will be part of a product development program for our automotive‑qualified firmware. Depending on your experience level, you will be the servant leader of one or multiple Scrum teams within our scaled agile development framework (SAFe).
Responsibilities
- Manage agile ceremonies according to Scrum and SAFe and empower the team to relentlessly improve these processes.
- Coach the Scrum team in effective application of agile practices and manage the personal and professional growth of all team members individually.
- Actively support the Scrum team with resolving impediments in a self‑organized way – if required push the organization to remove structural impediments.
- Help the system team establish a DevOps culture across team boundaries.
