Private Equity Internship (Location – Frankfurt)

Inflexion is a leading mid-market Private Equity firm investing in high growth, entrepreneurial businesses with c.€16bn in assets under management. Our funds make both majority and minority investments across a variety of sectors from offices in London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Sweden, Germany and the US.

We are excited to offer an exclusive internship opportunity at our Frankfurt office, providing ambitious and driven individuals with the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a paid opportunity which will be office based.

We are currently looking for candidates to join us for an internship at our Frankfurt office for 3-6 months (September – December 2025 or starting January 2026), where you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities.
• Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, including financial modelling, company analysis, and due diligence.
• Prepare presentation materials and investment memoranda for internal and external use.
• Participate in meetings with management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

We\’re looking for candidates who:

• Are students or recent graduates with a strong academic background
• Possess previous internship experience in any of the following fields (preferred but not mandatory):
• Private Equity
• Investment Banking (M&A, Leveraged Finance)
• Transaction Services
• Strategy Consulting
• Have fluency in both German and English
