The team
The Sales Account Manager will be structured in the international Sales team, reporting to the Head of International Sales for:
- The management of existing customer accounts as a Sales Account Manager (SAM)
- The development of current international target markets and new markets according to the corporate strategy
Tasks
The International Sales Account Manager will work in their assigned account for:
- Consolidation of existing client’s portfolio, standing as primary point of contact for the existing clients in their account.
- Acquisition of new customers and market areas, in line with the corporate sales strategy, in the assigned account/sales region.
- Expansion of B2B relationships including reselling, cross selling, and partnerships.
- Preparation of offers for clients in coordination with Corporate Division Solutions.
- Participation in trade fairs, workshops, conferences, and relevant events, including preparation and delivery of speeches/presentations and/or discussion panels.
- Regular reporting on opportunities under their direct responsibility (through CRM/ERP) for the correct maintenance of the sales pipeline.
- Identification of trends and leads in the assigned accounts.
Your profile
Skills/Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies or comparable professional training, preferably in ICT or economic disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of internetworking protocols and technologies and of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
- At least 2 years of international experience in a sales position or comparable task.
- Previous experience in the area of defense and public security or critical infrastructures is a plus.
- Knowledge of the typical management activities of a sales account/pipeline.
Soft Skills
- Team player attitude.
- Strong communication skills and sales-oriented.
- Continuous willingness to learn and further training.
- Good command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- Availability for business travel worldwide (up to 50%).
