Key Requirements/Experience:

• Newly graduated within system science, engineering and/or business
• Driven and result-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• Doer with strong analytical skills and leadership experience/qualities
• Must be proficient in German and English; any additional languages are meriting
• International experience from studies is meriting
• Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
• Be prepared to be away from home most of the week. Willingness to travel is a MUST.
