Based in Frankfurt, Hamburg, or Augsburg, this role involves the full end-to-end management of retail-focused real estate special funds.**Key Responsibilities**- Independently manage one or more real estate special funds including Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF, SCS, SICAV)- Lead retail fund management with a focus on food retail assets (supermarkets, discount stores, retail parks)- Drive new product initiatives and strategic development of the retail/food retail business- Evaluate investment and divestment opportunities in the retail real estate segment- Oversee cash flow planning, fund strategy, and performance-oriented portfolio management- Manage investor relations including presentations, reporting, and fund updates- Develop and monitor financing, interest rate, and derivative strategies- Act as central point of contact for risk management, accounting, tax, and legal matters**Requirements**- At least 5 years of fund management experience, ideally in real estate special funds- Knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF, SCS, SICAV) is a strong advantage- Degree in economics, engineering, or real estate management- Strong analytical skills and structured decision-making- Experience in retail real estate asset management preferredApply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
