It is hiring an Investment Analyst in Berlin to work directly with founders, operators and investors on a lean team.**Key responsibilities**- Develop in-depth market analyses, sector maps and investment theses to validate or challenge opportunities- Test hypotheses through structured research, expert interviews, customer discovery and competitor analysis- Design venture strategies, including value propositions and market entry approaches- Source and manage due diligence on active deal opportunities across P3A's verticals- Partner with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and support business development and growth across the platform**Qualifications**- Minimum 2 years in analytical roles such as investment banking, venture capital, family office or strategy consulting- Ability to structure complex problems and deliver clear recommendations- Strong written and verbal communication in both German and English (mandatory)- Self-directed ownership mentality; comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities- Intellectual flexibility across diverse asset classes**Compensation and location**EUR 70,000 - 100,000 per year, including fixed salary plus bonus/equity.
