The fund invests across three interconnected verticals — Food, Agriculture & Land Use; Heavy Industry; and the Built Environment — with specific focus on Advanced Materials & Molecules, Waste Valorisation, and Robotics. Their thesis: the physical economy is undergoing a once-in-a-generation transformation, and the best deep tech companies are being built right now. What sets Marvelous apart is The Catalyst, the fund's industry collaboration engine. A growing network of strategic industrial partners provides portfolio companies with technical diligence, manufacturing access, real-world pilots, and offtake relationships from day one. For a DeepTech founder, this means not just capital but credibility, speed, and a path to commercial scale.Marvelous is also building a broader investment platform encompassing a Fund of Funds and growth vehicles beyond the core pre-seed/seed strategy. The RoleAs Senior Associate or Principal, you will be a genuine partner in building the Marvelous portfolio. This is a high-ownership role at a moment that matters most — when the portfolio is being constructed and the firm's reputation is being earned.Responsibilities include independent deal sourcing across industrial DeepTech sectors, leading due diligence processes, engaging directly with exceptional founders, and deploying capital with conviction and rigour. There is no large analyst pool to delegate to; every team member carries real responsibility and earns real ownership in the fund's outcomes.Marvelous is a small, high-performance, low-ego team based in Berlin. This is a rare opportunity to join a first-generation industrial DeepTech fund and help shape what it becomes.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
