The German business is led by experienced Managing Directors focused on Restructuring, Debt Advisory and Value Creation.About the RoleAs a Director in the Restructuring & Advisory team based in Munich, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf or Berlin, you will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi-stakeholder, international and domestic restructuring and advisory engagements while raising the profile of Interpath as a premier provider of Restructuring and Deals advisory services in Germany.The successful candidate will lead client-facing teams and oversee a diverse range of projects involving Turnaround management, Restructuring and Transformation, providing direct assistance to companies that are under-performing or experiencing a liquidity crisis.Key Responsibilities- Leadership of teams and workstreams to stabilize clients' financial and operational positions- Managing senior client relationships across lenders, management, shareholders and advisors- Contributing to business development in the German restructuring market- Working across domestic and international restructuring engagements- Supporting the development of the Interpath Germany franchiseIdeal candidates will have proven restructuring experience in Germany, strong stakeholder management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset suited to building a practice in a new market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
