To support this growth, FORUM is hiring an Investment Manager - Software (m/f/d), based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.About the Role:The Investment Manager will take ownership of developing six to eight of FORUM's existing portfolio companies so that, in the medium term, each becomes a leader in its respective segment. The role is carried out in close collaboration with the on-site management teams of each portfolio company. After 3-5 years in the position, successful candidates are expected to be ready to step into a Managing Director / CEO role at one of FORUM's portfolio companies.Candidate Profile:- A completed degree in business administration (BWL), an MBA is a plus- 2-6 years of experience in management consulting- 2-3 years of operational experience at a leading company- A strong commercial instinct and a hands-on, results-driven mindset, with a track record of following through on ambitious goals- The ability to bring others along and build enthusiasm around your ideas- Based in Munich or willing to relocate there, as FORUM operates an office-first cultureWhy Join FORUM:This is a hands-on investment role combining principal investing with direct operational involvement in portfolio companies, aimed at software and technology-enabled businesses.
