The firm focuses on companies with revenues between EUR 100 million and EUR 750 million across various industries.The Senior Associate/Manager IFRS Financial Reporting Integration will work on-site at portfolio companies to manage their integration into the Mutares finance and reporting processes, supporting the operations finance workstream.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the integration of portfolio companies into Mutares finance and reporting processes on-site- Work closely with the CFO, local finance teams, and the Mutares restructuring and Group finance teams- Manage the financial integration of new acquisitions (establish opening balance, manage PPA, perform IFRS conversion)- Manage and improve financial statement closing and controlling processes- Establish a well-functioning finance organisation within portfolio companies- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processesCandidate Profile:- Finance degree or similar with outstanding results- At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, Big4, or a controlling/finance department (restructuring experience preferred)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, LucaNet or other ERP experience is a plus- Business fluency in German and English- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of working time at portfolio company sites)Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
