This is an executive mandate for a senior investment professional with real operational and governance authority.The Working Chairman will work alongside management and the investment team across the following areas:Governance and Board Leadership: Provide structured oversight and decision-making authority at the platform level. Ensure discipline, accountability, and strategic clarity across the portfolio.Capital Allocation and Formation: Identify and activate capital sources. The ideal candidate brings an existing investor network and the ability to unlock committed or discretionary capital for acquisitions and working capital needs.Acquisitions and Structuring: Lead or co-lead acquisition processes, including deal origination, structure, and execution across management buyouts and add-on acquisitions consistent with the buy-and-build thesis.Deal-Flow Across D-A-CH: Source and qualify deal-flow in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ability to move quickly on proprietary opportunities is valued over broad-market coverage.Value Creation: Work closely with management teams in owner-led environments.
