What you can move with us:

You train/instruct our customers in the functionality and handling of our software called RiskShield .
You communicate highly complex technical content in a customer-oriented way and are responsible for the presentation to the customer. Therefore, you create and update the content in a professional, didactic, and modern way for on-site and e-learning platforms.
Additionally, you are organizing the project management processes of our RiskShield academy and determine the overall effectiveness of programs and trainings by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
Furthermore, you are responsible for future concepts of our trainings and bringing them to the next level for our SaaS business.

What you bring along:

Professional experience and knowledge in the field of technical trainings, lecturing, tuition or workshops, ideally in the financial sector, insurance or telecommunications.
Teaching and mentoring experience and empathy for the participants.
Ability to translate complex technical details into easily understandable formats for non-technical users.
Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or similar.
Fun and joy in dealing with people in a customer-centred way.
Very good communication skills, presentation skills and a confident manner. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Good knowledge of German and English.
