Overview
In this role you help clients rethink how they source and manage digital ecosystems, spanning cloud, IT, and AI-enabled services. You’ll work with senior advisors on real client challenges, contribute data-driven analyses, and support transformation and sourcing initiatives. The position offers early responsibility, rapid learning, and exposure to international teams and clients. You’ll shape sourcing decisions and leverage AI-driven insights to boost performance and value.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and deliver sourcing and transformation projects across IT, cloud, and digital services
- Support negotiations and supplier selection to inform smarter technology decisions
- Apply data-driven and AI-supported insights to improve performance and value
- Prepare analyses, workshops, and client-ready presentations
- Collaborate with experienced consultants in international project teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, IT, or project management (or strong interest)
- Curiosity about how technology and AI shape organizations and sourcing
- Structured, analytical mindset with creativity and hands-on attitude
- Strong English and German communication skills (C1+)
