Team Lead Finance & Administration

h3About the role /h3pYou run IMTF’s international finance operations, lead a small Finance Administration team and are the go-to person for finance and project processes in our ERP. You manage the process from order entry to the CFO report. /ph3What you’ll do /h3h3Finance operations /h3ulliOwn finance processes in Odoo: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, intercompany bookings and VAT. /liliLead month-end and year-end closing and review subsidiary financial statements. /liliManage AP, AR and payroll for our foreign subsidiaries with local fiduciary partners. /li /ulh3Project administration controlling /h3ulliOwn the project administration process in Odoo and ensure consistency across projects. /liliPersonally administer large customer projects, from setup, contracts and licenses to invoicing and closure. /liliPrepare project financial analyses and status reports. /liliSupport revenue recognition and project-related closing. /li /ulh3Team leadership /h3ulliLead the team: set priorities, distribute work and ensure quality. /liliLead by example and stay involved in operational work. /li /ulh3Management support /h3ulliSupport the Head of Controlling with analyses, reports and presentations for management. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliYou have completed a relevant education in finance and accounting and have a solid understanding of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss Code of Obligations), VAT and financial reporting. /liliYou bring 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting. Experience in consolidation, treasury or contract management is an advantage. /liliYou have hands‑on experience working with finance processes in an ERP system. Experience with Odoo is a strong plus. /liliYou enjoy getting involved in the details, from posting entries and reconciling accounts to issuing invoices and improving workflows. /liliYou have experience leading or coordinating a team and enjoy supporting colleagues while ensuring quality and efficiency. /liliYou are fluent in English.
