SAP / ERP Program Lead - Germany

The Role

1. Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
2. Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
3. Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
4. Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
5. Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
6. Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You..

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) (B2 proficiency) and English (B2 proficiency). Willingness to travel is also required.
• Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitating leverage of differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks).
• Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create compelling client propositions.
• Substantial proven experience (10+ years) working in client-facing consulting or contracting roles.
• Proven track record in project and program delivery across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
