Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liLead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. /li liEnsure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. /li liManage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. /li liDevelop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks. /li liCollaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. /li liMaintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. /li liMinimum 12-15+ years of experience in client consulting roles /li liExtensive experience in leading sales, pursuits and RFPs /li /ul ul liExperienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs. /li liProven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances delivering to time, cost and quality and within budget. /li liAbility to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams. /li liExperience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely. /li liIn depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components. /li liAbility to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically. /li liOutstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations. /li liAbility to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.). /li liAbility to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients. /li liSubstantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles. /li liProven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA /li liExperience in global delivery and working with offshore resources. /li liExperience in mentoring and coach consulting resources. /li liHave experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences /li liProject-related mobility/willingness to travel /li /ul h3About Infosys Consulting /h3 pBe part of a globally renowned management consulting firm on the front-line of industry disruption and at the cutting edge of technology.
