Senior Consultant - Omni Channel - Germany

About your roleAs a Omnichannel senior consultant, your role will include the following;Bring omnichannel process expertise with a deep understanding on all digital channels and emerging trends, who can navigate and structure complex requirements.Advise clients in their omnichannel journey and guide them towards making the right choices during this processUnderstand the complex requirements associated with this journey and break it down into modular products that presents a clear roadmap towards the true omnichannel state.Create tailor made offerings to assist clients, set up and maintain an ongoing customer success model.Steer the clients in selecting the relevant technologies and showcase expertise in one or more technologies around order management, integrations, fulfilment, ERP and customer service.Define and deliver the consumer journey from demand creation to fulfilment and returnsLead large teams comprising experts in different domains and technologies to provide a single point of contact for the client in terms of design, delivery and support.Provide ROI based creative/strategic input as part of digital roadmaps for legacy and greenfield implementation.Results-oriented, with the ability to accomplish project / team goals by ensuring on time deliveryHave a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilienceHave experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiencesHave excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travelHave application/ domain expertise, you should be able to lead workshops, works in matrix team structure, and assumes front end roles at client locationsAre an expert in order management solutions – IBM, Manhattan or Blue YonderCan advise clients on right size DTC solution aligned to business objectiveAre the trusted advisor to the client to implement and enhance their Omni channel journeysAre an expert on the KPIs around omnichannel and familiar with creating business cases for the products in the omnichannel setupAre a technology enthusiast to complement the business domain expertiseHave extensive industry experience in CPG & RetailHave prior consulting experience in e-commerce, m-commerce solution advisor, design and / or deliveryHave experience of working with multi-cultural teams across multi locationsCan manage business stakeholders to deliver change management and process improvementsHave excellent organisational and analytical skills along with a sound technical understandingSelf-starter with excellent communication skillsAbout your teamOur CRL (Consumer Goods, retail & Logistics) practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable local brands solve their biggest challenges in today’s age of constant disruption.
